Over the course of 30 years, Matt Esteves has worked in all phases of the commercial and residential construction industry. Specializing in custom cabinetry and furniture in the 80's, Matt branched out to general contracting, obtaining his contractor license in 1998, and has been building and renovating custom homes in the Wilmington and Hampstead areas ever since.

Matt takes a hands-on approach to every project, providing his own craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, as well as on-site leadership of subcontractors. He strives to provide a positive building process for his clients, with well-defined and documented expectations, frequent communications, regular status and budget updates, and personal accessibility. Regardless of the size of the project, from a modest kitchen remodel to a high-end custom home, Matt uses the same detailed approach to planning and project management to ensure a satisfying building experience and outcome.
